Summary
From the developers of Dishonored 2 comes Deathloop, a unique first-person shooter/roguelite all about time loops. Playing as a mysterious man named Colt, players will attempt to escape the island of Blackreef - an island home to dangerous philanthropic foes and a strange quirk - whenever Colt unsuccessfully attempts to escape and dies, time is reset right before the attempt. For Colt to free himself from this never-ending groundhog-day like experience, he'll have to utilize strange tools and powerful weapons to slay eight targets that are the keys to his salvation. However, Colt himself is a target - a mysterious assassin named Julianna has him in her sights and wants him dead for reasons unknown. Every death is a chance to learn and tackle the game differently, with no two playthroughs offering the same experience. Players can also opt to engage in a multiplayer mode, where they can take on the role of Julianna as they hunt another player trying to complete the campaign as Colt. Deathloop is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
