A trailer for an upcoming special episode of Netflix's The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants lets viewers know that they are the world's next big hero.
In an adventure appropriately called "Epic Choice-O-Rama," viewers will get to help the Waistband Warrior and his pals, George Beard and Harold Hutchins, save the treehouse by making choices for the characters that will impact what happens in the story. Each option leads to a different outcome, providing countless opportunities and scenarios for viewers to enjoy.
This is not the first time Netflix has aired an interactive program, as the streaming service continues to slowing increase its slate of choose-your-own-adventure content. Its current lineup of interactive TV specials and movies include Puss in Book: Trapped in an Epic Tale, Buddy Thunderstruck: The Maybe Pile, Stretch Armstrong: The Breakout, Minecraft: Story Mode, Black Mirror: Bandersnatch and You Vs. Wild.
Narrated by Sean Astin and starring Ramone Hamilton, Jay Gragnani and Nat Faxon, Season 3 of The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants is currently streaming on Netflix, while the "Epic Choice-O-Rama" special is set to release on February 11, 2020.
