It's hard to imagine Sai as one of the best dads out of the Naruto cast, but he's grown immensely since his introduction back in Naruto Shippuden. He's a much more empathetic and caring person, and this is greatly reflected in his parenting style.

Sai supports Inojin through anything and everything, from helping him train to become a stronger ninja to reigniting his passion for hobbies. It goes without saying that Rock Lee's mentor, Might Guy, is the most important influence in his life. From a young age, he's always strived to be like him, and even now, as an adult, he does everything he can to emulate his beloved sensei.

Now a father and mentor himself, Rock Lee lifts up and encourages his timid son, Metal, much like Guy once did for him. Though he and his son have very different personalities, Rock Lee is still an incredibly supportive father, cheering his son on and helping him overcome his anxiety one step at a time.

He's got a much more laid-back style of parenting than Temari, which creates a good balance between the couple and a healthy dynamic within their family. He also used to help Kurenai out with babysitting Mirai, so he's gotten a lot of experience with kids over the years, making him well-prepared for fatherhood.
